Analyze

Analysis forms the foundation of program development and effective decision making.

The most common pre-decisional analyses for program development include root cause analysis, business process analysis, strategic assessments, requirements analysis, spend analysis and financial "what if" modelling.

ImpactAide collaborates with the client in selecting the most appropriate analytic tools for the task.  We also perform these foundational analyses in the most efficient manner possible, to ensure that the client has the information needed for decision making.

Decide

The decision phase involves utilizing results and insights from prior analytic efforts to select a solution path.  

 

Success for this phase includes securing stakeholder support, funding and other resources needed to pursue the selected program/projects.   

 

ImpactAide has deep experience in creating the varied documentation and artefacts required to secure support and resources.  These include Executive Business Cases, Concepts of Operation, Whitepapers and Decision Briefs.

Implement

Implementation follows completion of preliminary analyses and a decision on program direction.  This final step to realization of business results is dependent on the skillful application of program and project management disciplines.
